Standard High Purity Molded Tanks & Resins
Standard High Purity Molded Tanks
For your convenience, we offer a standard molded tank line. Tanks are available in 0.250” wall thickness but can be customized per end-user requirements. Such customization includes adjusting the wall thickness or adding fittings or attachments to the tanks.Standard lead-times are 2-4 weeks with expedite options available.
We perform mechanical, thermal, chemical, rheological, morphological and flammability testing as needed to ensure products meet dimensional and performance
specifications. Typical packaging is per ISTA 3A; certification is available for an additional charge.
Advantages to using our standard high purity molded tanks:
- Tanks are produced without seams, which prevents leakage of product or hazardous materials
- The materials we use are resistant to pitting, rouging, corrosion, and abrasion
- Tanks are durable and can be reused or recycled
- By using different sized molds, your solutions can be scalable
- The materials used produce tanks that have low leachables and extractables
- Tanks have lower residual stress, such as dimensional stability, low crack propensity, and a high temperature ceiling
Resins
We have been compounding, custom dry blending, and grinding engineered resins since the 1980’s. We continue to produce materials that are of the highest quality, purity, and consistency. To ensure this, our in-house resins go through rigorous quality inspections in our polymer characterization laboratory, including mechanical, rheological, morphological, and flammability tests.
Our custom formulation capabilities provide the flexibility to manufacture to your specifications in small or large quantities. Whether you need a flight-ready resin that meets Federal Aviation Regulations or an inert thermoplastic liner, we can help (link to Resin form) you select the appropriate thermoplastic base material to meet your application and specification requirements.
We also offer toll grinding services for a wide range of materials. We leverage our robust quality management system, developed to the highest aerospace and biopharmaceutical standards, to enhance our toll grinding services. Our ability to provide precision grinding in conjunction with laboratory analysis shortens development cycles and decreases lead times for our customers.
Below is a list of the base resins we provide. Contact us for more details on how purchase these resins or create a custom formulation.
