Additional Services

Your time is valuable, which is why we offer a variety of secondary processes and
finishing capabilities services to complete the entire process.

Since the 1980’s, we have been rotationally lining (rotolining) tanks, scrubbers, pipe, fittings, pumps, valves, flowmeters, filter housings, heat exchangers, and other process equipment for corrosion protection. We have developed our rotolining process to line large or small substrates, and we are capable of lining the simplest to the most complex structures.

Metal Fabrication and Plastic Welding

We perform metal fabrication on ASME pressure vessels and non-coded equipment as well as hot-gas plastic welding with various products. In addition to the fabrication, we are able to acquire the raw materials for the project, as well as perform testing, inspection, and certification of the finished product.

Metal Fabrication for Corrosion Protection Applications and High Purity Applications

As a certified compliant organization with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), we meet the ASME requirements for U-Stamped pressure vessel fabrication, National Board requirements for R-Stamped pressure vessel repair, and ASME B31.1 and B31.3 for piping fabrication.

Metal Fabrication Materials:

  • Carbon steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum
  • Other exotic alloys

Examples of Metal Fabrication Projects:

  • ASME vessels
  • Pipes
  • Manifolds
  • Fittings
  • Spools
  • Filter vessels
  • Tanks
  • Columns
  • Fabrications that include siteglass, pad flanges, diptubes and other features

Plastic Welding for High Purity Applications

We are a certified compliant organization with the American Welding Society (AWS) B 2.4 “Specification for the Qualification of Welding Procedure and Performance Qualifications for Thermoplastics”. We are certified to weld polypropylene, PVDF, and PFA.

Plastic Welding Materials:

  • Teflon
  • PVDF
  • Polypropylene
  • Polyethylene

We perform hot gas plastic welding to add the following components to vessels:

  • Fittings
  • Plastic Dip Tubes
  • Sensor Brackets
  • Other Ancillary Features

Tooling and Machining

We can manufacture your aerospace or high purity mold on-site, with no third-party delays or additional costs. The same engineers who understand thermoplastics will ensure your mold is manufactured to make products that meet your specifications. With this in-house capability, we prevent against surprise delays, cost overruns, product shrinkage and dimensional nonconformance. Our machine shop also gives us the capability to provide post molding and lining machining to meet your tight tolerances, deadlines, and requirements.

Painting and Anodizing

To give your product a finished look, we provide painting and aluminum anodizing services for corrosion protection per your specifications. We follow customer -provided paint specifications and requirements, or utilize our own internally developed standards to meet industry norms.

Industrial and specialized paint systems

Industrial painting for aerospace and other heavy industries

Post-Production Assembly

For your aerospace or high purity projects, we can install insulation, fittings, brackets and accessories during post-production. We also have the ability to weld, bond, insulate, rivet, and install gussets.

Logistics

If you desire, we can manage the logistics of shipping to and from our facility. We work with all major domestic and international freight carriers.
